Payments & Billing

  • Clients are responsible for timely payments to avoid service delays or interruptions

All invoices and transactions are considered final once processed.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the nature and complexity of the service
  • Any delay caused by incomplete information or delayed approvals from the client will not be considered our responsibility
  • Messaging services are subject to third-party platform approvals and telecom operator guidelines

We continuously work to ensure reliability, but exact delivery times may vary based on external factors.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, all payments made to Omnitechsphere are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued once the service has been initiated or delivered
  • No refunds will be provided for any used or partially used services, including but not limited to messaging credits, marketing campaigns, development work, or any digital services once initiated.
  • In case of any technical issue from our end, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve, reprocess, or compensate through service adjustments

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of services under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made before the service has been initiated or executed
  • Once the service has started, cancellation may not be possible
  • For ongoing or subscription-based services, cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle
  • Any work already completed or resources allocated will be chargeable

Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of business, revenue, or data due to external or uncontrollable factors
  • Delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
